Support Us

One-off gifts

If you are visiting, you may like to make a one-off donation to support our work.  We would encourage UK taxpayers to complete a Gift Aid envelope as this enables us to get tax back from the government, and increases the value of your donation. Our staff and volunteers will be happy to help if you have any queries.  You can give by cash or cheque.

If you would like to make a donation to our Footprint project, you can give online via our LocalGiving page.

Legacy

Those who worship at or have close links with the Abbey would surely agree that we have been blessed with a rich heritage. Part of this inheritance is the sense of mission, which inspired local citizens in 1572 to create a new parish church in a central location - and spacious enough for ministering to the spiritual needs of large crowds of visitors as well as local residents.
If you'd like to leave a gift to help us continue with our work, there are three areas of life and work at the Abbey where your gift can make a lasting difference:
Legacies are an important source of funds for the Abbey and also help us respond to opportunities and develop initiatives that may generate income in the future.
If you would like to support the work of the Abbey by means of a legacy, please see our Legacy Giving Leaflet for more information or contact our Legacy Officer, Simon Ingram-Hill, on Tel: 01225 422462 / Email: legacyofficer@bathabbey.org.

Planned Giving

We are immensely grateful to the faithful and generous giving of our congregation and others who support us in this way.

Our planned giving scheme allows you to give the same amount each month or week. Giving by a regular payment through online banking or standing order means that you are saved the task of bringing your collection to services. It saves also on administration costs and helps both you and the Abbey to budget. This also means you are able to continue supporting even when you are not able to attend.

For further information please see our Planned Giving leaflet or contact the Abbey Office on 01225 422462 or pgiving@bathabbey.org
