APOLOGIES BUT THIS RECITAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO ILL HEALTH

Emma has been one of the leaders in the Abbey Girls Choir and has been a member since 2018. She has sung solos and impressed us all with her musicianship and sheer joy of music making. She has sung solos in large scale concerts and regularly at services and has featured on recordings and broadcasts.

Huw Williams writes:  We are very proud of our wonderful Girls Choir, the hard work and the commitment these young ladies have demonstrated over the years is impressive. I’m delighted to present to you two solo concerts by Maddie and Emma who are both first class singers and musicians. We are proud of their achievements. Come and hear these informal lunchtime recitals where they will perform a wide variety of music. Both girls are in year 13 (upper sixth) at school having just taken their A-levels thus this is their final year in the choir. These will be wonderful occasions as we say farewell and admire these talented individuals.

These Summer Solo concerts are free but there will be a retiring collection for choir tour funds
