Rebalancing Body and Soul

Movement and Meditation in a Sacred Space.
Join us in the Abbey for guided movement and meditation that engages with themes in Christian spirituality, helping us discover how to balance caring for our bodies and souls.
The guidance is provided by Olivia Shone who is a movement and mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist. She loves to engage body-mind-soul to help all people explore and experience God’s reality in the everyday.
All are welcome but a basic level of fitness is required. Wear comfy/exercise clothes and bring a mat or a blanket. Each session is free, however we welcome a suggested donation of £6 to help us cover costs.
Sessions are on the following dates, from 6.45-7.45pm (entrance through the main door, please arrive early for a prompt start).

13th June – What is wellbeing?
4th July – Letting spirit speak to soul
