Sounding It Out are a forty-strong choir centred in Trowbridge. We sing a huge variety of songs: pop, gospel, world and folk.

We love to perform!  We have sung at The Festival Hall and The Roundhouse in London, Bath Abbey, Wells Cathedral and The Courts in Holt, and at many festivals, pubs, prisons and markets. You can even find us busking on the street.

We love to share ideas and songs with other choirs both at home and abroad and we aim to have a choir exchange every two years or so. In 2018 we had a fantastic time in Majorca, making friends and singing with a choir from a village near Alcudia.

“Singing from the Heart” sums us up.  We love singing together with friends and we enjoy all the challenges and fun that goes with it.
