Epiphany Carol Service Led by Revd Canon Guy Bridgewater, Rector of Bath Abbey and sung by the Bath Abbey Chamber Choir directed by Shean Bowers. Music includes Whitacre’s Lux Arumque, Howells’s Here is the little door and Whitbourn’s The Magi’s Dream. Epiphany celebrates the appearance of God’s glory in the world through the birth of Jesus, wonderfully revealed as Emmanuel (‘God with us’) to Gentiles as well as to Israel, and indeed to the whole of creation.
