TERMS & CONDITIONS

The maximum number of tickets is four tickets per application, that is only four per family.

Applications will be recorded in order of date of receipt and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of seats in the Abbey is limited. In previous years, every ticket for the Advent and Christmas services has been taken up.

While we will do our best to accommodate your wishes, we cannot allocate specific seats.

Tickets will be allocated and sent out in good time, two to three weeks in advance of the services.

Please avoid telephoning the Abbey office to enquire about how an application is progressing.

Please make sure to arrive in good time for the service. The tickets are valid until 15 minutes before the service begins. After this time the seats will be offered to anyone who may queue outside the Abbey for returned tickets or empty places.
